Swirl Shape packaging filler is a attractive low-cost alternative for gift box and beautiful packaging presentations. Still available in Kraft & White. And we do still have Red, Black and Cerise (hot pink) very low inventory.
Each strand (coil) is designed with 3 separate 3/8" x (up to) 22 feet long swirls, offering a lightweight, protective cushion for products. The swirls allow the fill to expand up to 10 times the original size but still takes up less than 80% storage space compared to other packaging filler products. To use simply lift, shake to expand spiral shape coils, and fill your packaging. Spiro Pack Fill is a unique innovative alternative to traditional fill. It is the perfect choice for e-commerce packaging, retail product display, giveaway baskets, and gifts. Swirl Spiro Pack Fill is made of paper, sustainably produced, and recyclable. Spiro Pack expands to 10 times its size!
Not one size fits all so therefore, I do offer 5-lb stack box along with the discounted 10lb box of Spiro-Pack. Each 10 LB box yields approximately 2200 strands (coils) and based on manufacture's testing guidelines, 10 lb box will void fill 278 (9" x 7" x 3") boxes. 5 LB Spiro-Pack yields 1100 strands (Approx. 139 Boxes)
Spiro Pack takes up less space than paper shred and generates a lot less dust. Lower shipping box dimension equals lower ship cost.

SpiroPack’s patented flat design is now available in our “Nest” product line, offering additional strands at a narrower width that creates more void fill volume, while still taking up 80% less space on your packing station compared to crinkle shred.
